Our school uniform changed in 2026 to enable children to be more active. 

Daily uniform at Townley School and Nursery

Children should wear:

• Black school branded zip-up fleece (our one required branded item)

• Plain red polo shirt (no logo required)

• Plain black tracksuit bottoms

• Suitable trainers or comfortable shoes, no croc style shoes or open toe sandals.

• A change of footwear/wellingtons for wet breaktimes

Footwear

NOT open-toed toed sandals as these can cause accidents.

Jewellery

Only one set of stud earrings may be worn in school and the children must remove these for PE. One watch maybe worn, so long as it is not a smartwatch and the children are expected to be responsible for these.
