We are looking for two teaching assistants to work one to one, flexibly across the school. The role involves assisting the classroom teacher in the support and inclusion of children, and encouraging the children to become more independent. Our staff are creative, ambitious and child-centred and applicants must want to be part of our friendly and ambitious team. You will be given the opportunity to be part of a whole school team, with guidance and support. We are looking for a child centred practitioner who is highly motivated and able to offer high quality education and care to our children. It is essential that you are able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. You must be committed to upholding and supporting the school’s values and aims. Experience of supporting children with special needs would be an advantage. First aid training would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

These positions are initially a temporary contract to cover maternity leave and a named child, until July 2018. These posts are for 25.5 hours a week.
